Job Title: Machine Operator (TOPRA or EMBA FLEXO Printing Machines)
Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ikorodu, Ogun

Job Summary
- Operate and monitor Topra or Emba flexo printing machines for corrugated packaging production.
- Set up printing jobs, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and substrate loading.
- Adjust machine settings for proper ink distribution, registration, print pressure, and speed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and alignment.
- Troubleshoot print defects and mechanical issues during runs.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs to minimize downtime.
- Record production data accurately, including job details, materials usage, and output.
- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, and quality control teams to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Husky and SACMI machines.
- Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
