Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description
- The Machine Operator oversees the production process to ensure the delivery of top-quality finished products.
- The role includes operating machinery, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform autonomous maintenance tasks on assigned machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Follow operational procedures to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality requirements, including personal hygiene policies.
- Pay close attention to detail during the production process to maintain product quality.
- Follow instructions provided by the Production Supervisor to achieve production targets.
- Record and report any malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Job Specifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Trade Test 1, 2, or 3 certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Cosmetics and Personal care Industry.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Basic understanding of Quality and Food Safety requirements.
- Familiarity with QMS and FSSC 22000 standards, including departmental operational procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
- N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
