Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Days: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays for urgent apartment viewings)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Sales Representatives to drive sales and contribute to the organization’s growth.
  • This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in the luxury real estate sector who thrive in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Close company-provided leads, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Independently generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property offerings, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

  • proven experience as a successful sales representative in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to work remotely with occasional office visits (at least twice a month).

Compensation Package

  • N120,000 base salary
  • Transport and data allowances
  • Attractive commission based on successful sales.
