Job Title: Logistic Account Officer

Brief Description
- The Logistics Account Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials, in-charge of receiving all jobs orders with trip allowance request and checking to confirm request comply with criteria of job.
- This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
- The Logistics Account Officer plays a key role in optimizing inventory flow, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Contact customers prior to dispatch to notify them of upcoming deliveries and confirm receipt details.
- Contact the customer to confirm delivery once the items have arrived.
- Ensure 100% billing accuracy monthly by verifying all service charges before invoice issuance.
- Raise and process trip expenses in accordance with approved company criteria and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate financial records with a target of zero reporting errors and regularly review financial data for consistency and compliance.
- Updating JMG/JAMARA sales team about delivery status on daily basis.
- Monitor on-time payment rates, ensuring most payments are received before the due date.
- Generate and analyze logistics and financial performance reports, offering actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track and minimize client billing errors by implementing quality checks and verifying data prior to invoice submission.
- Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
