S/he will contribute to LHI’s provision of technical assistance, partners and implementing agencies at all levels to develop/review, implement and monitor health systems and laboratory strategies and activities. Assist in providing technical assistance in different health systems strengthening aspects using the six WHO building blocks and a reference guide.

Community Engagement Officer:

- Job Field: Gender-based violence (GBV) Overall, Job Purpose:
Gender-based violence (GBV) is a serious human rights and public health issue affecting women and girls around the world. It impacts all aspects of women and girl’s physical, emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It has harmful consequences for the individuals who experience it, their families, and their communities. The Community Engagement Officer will be based in Katsina state and with support from the Director Gender & Inclusion. He\she will work in coordination with the prevention and response teams to design strategies using EMAP and SASA Together! modules to prevent gender-based violence as well as take lead in engaging community leaders, community-based structures and local partners through training and awareness-raising sessions that are geared towards GBV prevention and response.
