Unigloves is one of the largest manufacturers of disposable products for the dental, medical, nursing, hospital sectors and for the industry. Our manufacturing company is N. S. UNI- Gloves in Malaysia. We have marketing offices in over 10 countries in the world including Nigeria, Singapore, UK, USA, Germany, China, Brazil, Australia, Canada and Japan. We supply a wide range of cross infection control products. We make and supply over 1.3 billion gloves annually to medical professionals, as well as specialists in the food, automotive, janitorial and care sectors. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Review of documents
- Take minutes of meetings
- Produce first draft of documents/letters.
- Draft and review agreements
- Organize and archive all legal documents, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Follow up with property registration and perfection
- Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the company.
- Update the legislative register of the company with relevant laws and statutes from time to time
- Assist with compliance-related tasks as assigned by the Compliance Officer
- Assist with the Internal Audit and the external audit
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary
- Effectively carry out administrative tasks as assigned by the MD, GM, or the Legal officer from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree : LLB and BL
- Minimum experience of 3 years post-call to the Bar.
- ICSAN certification would be an added advantage
- Candidates residing at the mainland (Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Cele- Ijesha, Ago Palace, Isolo, Orile.
