Job Description
- This is a unique opportunity. You’ll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions.
- We are looking for a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us attract, nurture, and convert qualified inbound and outbound leads. This person will play a key role in identifying opportunities, optimizing the top of the marketing funnel, and supporting pipeline generation for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Funnel Management: Own and manage the end-to-end lead generation funnel, from list building to qualification to handoff.
- CRM & Campaign Execution: Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track lead sources, lifecycle stages, and conversion rates.
- ABM & Targeting: Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects.
- Lead Generation Tools: Use tools like Lusha, Apollo, Snov.io, SignalHire to source and verify contact data for decision-makers.
- Paid Marketing Coordination: Collaborate on the setup and optimization of paid lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Support targeting, creative inputs, and basic performance monitoring.
- Data & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics. Use insights to suggest improvements to campaigns and funnels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure quality lead flow, lead nurturing, and timely follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience running digital marketing or B2B campaigns
- Strong knowledge of lead gen tools (Lusha, Apollo, Snov.io, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Understanding of ABM strategies and inbound lead funnels
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaign principles
- Good with data – able to track and optimize campaigns using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics dashboards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
