Job Title: Lawyer (Property Law)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing property.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts and agreements.
- Represent clients in property disputes, handling litigation and arbitration when necessary.
- Conduct property due diligence and legal research.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Handle land registration, title transfers, and other legal processes related to property ownership.
- Assist clients with real estate transactions and property acquisitions.
- Offer legal support in matters related to property law disputes and claims.
Qualifications
- LLB and BL (Law Degree and Barrister-at-Law).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property law (residential and commercial real estate).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research and property law documentation.
- Experience in handling property litigation and advisory roles.
- Proximity to Lagos is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
