Job Description
- As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on property transactions, contract negotiations, land use, and regulatory compliance.Â
- You will work closely with our sales, development, and finance teams to ensure that all deals and projects adhere to legal standards and protect the company’s interests.
Major Responsibilties
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Advise on property acquisitions, sales, development agreements, and joint ventures.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and land use policies.
- Represent the firm in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
- Conduct due diligence and title verification for real estate deals.
- Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B or J.D.)
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law or related sector.
- In-depth understanding of property law, contract law, and related regulations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
