Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain hygiene standards.
- The ideal candidate will assist the Chef in managing kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring smooth and efficient service in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with menu planning, portion control, and cost management.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the Chef, Food & Beverage team, and management for smooth service during busy periods.
- Ensure equipment is properly used and report any malfunctions to maintenance promptly.
- Uphold hotel policies and ensure a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
