Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients.
- This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored telecom solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise or corporate Clients/Partners.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate telecom solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Monitor service delivery and coordinate with technical/support teams.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and contract documentation.
- Achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecom.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical telecom products and explain them to clients.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
