Job Description
- Drive brand penetration in both on-prem and off-prem outlets within the region.
- Understand and effectively communicate the company’s vision and value.
- Responsible for driving brand visibility at the point of sales and consumption.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of point-of-sale/ printed materials within the region.
- Assist customers with inventory management responsibilities (product availability/new product placement and rotation of stock)
Requirements and Skills
- A graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Must have 5- 8years of work experience.
- Candidates must be in the wine and spirit industry.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Candidate must know how to drive.
- Candidate must be living in Lagos.
- Proven sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
- Proven ability toposition productsagainst competitors.
