Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team.Â
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Assist in entries of factory production (raw material & Finished goods stocks), petty cash,, and customer payment and supply entries (ledgers)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
