Job Summary
- As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage a team of cleaning staff and ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in facility cleaning management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and code of conduct
- Implement work plans and assign tasks to team members
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
- Ensure staff coordinate themselves professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role in facilities management.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong initiative and proactiveness.
Salary
N150,000.00 / month.
