Job Summary
- The IT Intern will assist with various tasks related to software, hardware, and network management, as well as provide support for day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and support of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve internal processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in IT security-related tasks like virus scans, software updates, and data backups
- Assist with network setup and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
