Job Summary
- Our client, a growing Islamic retail organization, is looking to hire a Customer Service / Retail Representative for their branches in Lekki and Ikeja.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be committed to delivering a seamless retail experience.
- This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, supporting day-to-day retail operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle transactions, returns, and customer feedback
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times
- Support general retail and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
- Candidates who understand and are comfortable working in an Islamic retail environment are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role (experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Neat and professional appearance
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.).
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Alternate Saturdays & Public Holidays: 10 AM – 6 PM.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
