Job Title: Investment Executive

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project investment strategies to meet financial objectives.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
- Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding.
- Lead financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns.
- Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and legal teams, to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and board members.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Finance or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in project finance and investment management.
- Proven track record of successfully executing project investment strategies and delivering strong financial results.
- Extensive knowledge of project markets, financial analysis, and investment valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
