Job Summary

  • As the Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee and improve inventory control and reporting processes. 
  • This position plays a critical role in minimizing inventory discrepancies, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate data flow across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts, verify the accuracy of stock records, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory data and usage trends to identify areas for cost optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Generate and present weekly inventory reports, including stock levels, shortages, turnover rates, and other key metrics for management decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory control management, preferably in a warehouse or inventory-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.
  • Skilled in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
