Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Internal Control Officer to oversee and strengthen the internal control processes within our production and retail operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency in our architectural and interior design firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures for production and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
- Identify and address risks in production processes and retail transactions.
- Monitor inventory controls, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and material usage.
- Collaborate with management to improve internal processes and safeguard company assets.
- Prepare detailed reports on control findings and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal control, preferably in production and retail environments.
- Strong understanding of risk management and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in audit tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
- High integrity and attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
