Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce internal policies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks
- Conduct audits and monitor transactions to detect anomalies
- Design and implement internal control frameworks
- Provide training and awareness programs on compliance and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal control, compliance, audit, or risk management in financial sector
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal control principles
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CISA, CFE) are an added advantage
