Job Summary
- We are looking for an Intermediate Laravel Developer with solid experience building and maintaining scalable backend applications using the Laravel framework.
- You’ll work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build secure, performant APIs and business logic.
- This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel, understands modern development practices and is looking to take their skills to the next level in a supportive and technically proficient environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate APIs.
- Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance.
- Use tools like Git, Composer, and Artisan for development workflow.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and agile planning.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience with Laravel and PHP.
- Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Laravel features such as Eloquent, Queues, Events, Jobs, Middleware, etc.
- Familiarity with version control using Git.
- Understanding of authentication systems (Laravel Sanctum, Passport, or JWT).
- Experience writing unit and feature tests.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
