Job Title: In-store/Client Experience Personnel

Role Objective:
- As the face of the brand within the gallery, the client experience and In-store Personnel will ensure a seamless luxury retail experience for every visitor. This role combines customer service, visual merchandising, and product knowledge, all while supporting store operations.Â
- The ideal candidate will be emotionally and culturally intelligent, embody elegance, and exude confidence and personal style that aligns with the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with information and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain an elegant store environment and uphold product presentation, ambiance, and cleanliness to reflect the brand’s prestige.
- Offer detailed product information and promote curated items such as vintage beverages, digital subservices, and local souvenirs.
- Manage customer interactions and provide personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support sales associates in closing transactions and coordinating customer follow-ups.
- Assist with inventory management, stock display, and restocking as required.
- Facilitate in-store promotions and themed exhibitions under the guidance of the Curator.
- Stay updated on the cultural relevance and backstory of products to engage clients with thoughtful narratives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of B.sc/HND or equivalent
- Proven experience in high-end retail or gallery settings, with customer service and/or merchandising responsibilities.
- Elegant, poised, and presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of and interest in culture, arts, and lifestyle branding.
- Emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and confident in engaging diverse clientele.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, upscale retail environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in POS and inventory systems.
Salary
- N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
