We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: ICT Teacher
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging IT lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in information technology.
- proficient in programming and coding
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on classroom hardware and software.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student academic progress and grades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff IT issues.
- Collaborate with lead teachers, school leadership, and instructional coaches for instructional improvement.
- Integrate IT-based lesson enhancements into the core academic curriculum.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong background in computer hardware and software support.
- Familiarity with modern IT tools, platforms, and technological advancements.
- Teaching certification or qualification is an added advantage.
- Ability to assess system limitations and security issues, and recommend or apply effective solutions.
- Demonstrated classroom management expertise.
- Solid understanding of effective teaching methodologies and instructional strategies.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
