Job Description
- Handle clients complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Provide accurate information of our services to clients.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / NCE or OND qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Experience preferably in sales, marketing or related fields
- Basic knowledge of IT courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
