Position: Hygiene Promoters Officer
Organization: Nkafamiya Rescue Mission
Location: Michika & Madagali
Duration: Four (4) months with possibility of extension


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of dedicated Hygiene Promoters, guiding their activities, and providing mentorship and support.
• Develop strategic hygiene promotion plans tailored to diverse communities, in collaboration with local leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of hygiene programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
• Foster strong relationships with partners, donors, and organizations to maximize resources and amplify our impact.

Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of guiding and inspiring teams to success.
• Strong understanding of hygiene promotion, community engagement, and public health principles.

• Previous work in hygiene promotion, community development, or related fields is an advantage.
