- Support the development & functioning of a highly capable and motivated workforce by delivering Recruitment, Compensation, Training, etc.
Qualifications Requirements
- Good First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related Field;
- Two (2) years of experience in Human Capital Management or generic Corporate service;
- Good knowledge and understanding of leading practices in recruitment, compensation and reward strategies and tax policies.
