Swift Consulting Limited – Our client, a reputable Real Estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Applicants must be eager to learn and develop career in HR.
  • Proximity to Ajah is a key requirement.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
