We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Administers recruitment tests for candidates
  • Schedule tests & interviews and handle candidate interviews where required
  • Communicate test and interview performance of candidates to the Head, HR & Administration for selection purposes
  • Prepares offer letters for new employees
  • Opening of salary account for new staff
  • Coordinates the induction process for new staff
  • Handles the process of probation and confirmation of new employees and keeps track of probation and confirmation timelines

Training Reimbursement:

  • Handles the training reimbursement process

HR Administration:

  • Leave Administration
  • Monitors all leave requests (annual leave, sick leave, compassionate leave and maternity leave) and respond to all enquiries on these leave categories
  • Generates the monthly leave allowance list and forward to the Head, HR & Administration for integration into the payroll
  • Generates and keeps record of monthly leave summaries
  • File approved leave requests

Attendance

  • Generates monthly attendance list at the beginning of each month
  • Generates lateness and absenteeism list and provide the information for payroll variations
  • Files attendance, lateness and absenteeism record

HR Information Management: 

  • Manages the employee information database
  • Keeps track of key HR Data and metrics (workforce data, training data, recruitment & exit data, performance data)
  • Coordinate training and ensure staff are seated and refreshment are gotten timely. 
  • General HR Administration: Handles HR Administrative responsibilities and ensure smooth running of the HR Department
  • Follow up on staff tax cards and processing of staff ID Cards
  • Memos, Opex request, fund requisitions, monthly NSITF payment, monthly call cards, staff notices, emails to managers, filing of staff information in their files
  • And other duties which are assigned by the Head, HR & Administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience 
  • Strong recruitment skill
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Great interpersonal skills.
