Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • The HR Administrative Assistant will support various HR functions, assist with administrative tasks, and handle general HR queries, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days of
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Previous working experience as an HR assistant for at lease 2 years
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Knowledge of HR software
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
