Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Overview
- The HR Administrative Assistant will support various HR functions, assist with administrative tasks, and handle general HR queries, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days of
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience as an HR assistant for at lease 2 years
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Knowledge of HR software
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
