Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at Life Helpers Initiative in Abukur. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Employee Relations expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s/HND degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field
