Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at Life Helpers Initiative in Abukur. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Employee Relations expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s/HND degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field
