Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of the organisation’s development strategy including Job analysis, development plans and targeted interventions
- Provide effective guidance on organisation design, workforce planning and change management to key initiatives and projects within the organisation
- Provide internal consultancy services to business leaders and line managers and act as a subject matter expert on organisational development practices within the organisation
- Design and develop programmes and initiatives aligned to the OD strategy aimed at building overall organisational capability and desired culture to support improved organisational performance
- Ensure internal customer and key stakeholder expectations are understood and where possible, met
- In collaboration with the Management and People team develop a simple effective competency framework aligned to the business strategy
- Development and management of project plan and stakeholder and communications plan for approved initiative from assessment to implementation
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Keep up to date with administrative, auditing and reporting responsibilities required of the position
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
Qualifications
-  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years work experience.
