Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagement
- Develop, implement, and manage staff performance and professional development plan
- Administer HR policies & procedures and periodic updates on the employee handbook
- Assist staff with HR-related questions & issues and provide periodic communication on benefits
- Facilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc.
- Manage monthly coordination of KPI activities, harmonization of monthly reporting, and staff TGIF

- HR Legal framework (Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, ECA, ITF, etc)

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
