Job Title: HR Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
As our HR Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our mission forward. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement global recruitment processes and best practices.
- Innovate and enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent, focusing on inclusivity and diversity.
- Conduct multi-country recruiting activities for various disciplines and levels.
- Train and mentor internal stakeholders on recruitment topics, including assessment of competencies, social recruiting, inclusive recruitment, use of our ATS (Rexx)…
- Collaborate with the HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits and local HR Operations teams to determine competitive package ranges for global positions.
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pools for future opportunities and succession planning for key positions.
- Develop and evaluate recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve processes.
Qualifications
- You have a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales or any other related field
- A previous experience in a matrix organization context and managing numerous stakeholders is strongly wished
- Digital affine, you have already worked with (several) applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools and can adapt quickly to new tools after short training
- Diversity and Inclusion are very important to you, and you include this into your recruitment processes
- You use your excellent organization and time management skills to manage in parallel several recruitment processes as well as project work
- You are used to work effectively in a multicultural remote environment, you understand and appreciate working with people of different cultures and backgrounds
- You have a good ability to influence and convince effectively
- You are able to think out of the box and like developing creative approaches
- You are a driver in change and transformation as well as continuous improvements
- An advanced level in English is a must, proficiency in other languages such French and German would be a plus
- You identify yourself with Christian Values and the mandate of CBM
- You bring with you a strong experience in global talent acquisition / recruitment, especially in the global south and multi countries contexts.
