Job Title: HR Manager – Mortgage Bank
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
- 5 – 7 years HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (preferably in banking).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Skilled in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive info well.
- Ability to develop required policies, processes & procedures and standardize the department.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
