Job Summary
- As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing human resource functions within the manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- You will ensure efficient workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and workplace standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety team to implement safety protocols.
- Monitor and report key HR metrics, such as absenteeism, turnover, and productivity levels.
- Develop and implement HR policies specific to the needs of the manufacturing workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPM, or SPHRi is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Salary
- N350,000 – N400,000 per month.
