Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission, in accordance with the Nigerian Law, FRAD work in both humanitarian and development sector to build the resilience of Vulnerable populations through our interventions in thematic areas of WASH, Nutrition, Protection, Education and early recovery and livelihood. Over the years, FRAD has reached more than 19,000 children, men, women and girls through its various interventions.

Job Summary:
The HR/Admin Intern will support the HR and Administrative functions, contributing to various projects and daily operations
Duties and Responsibility
Functions / Day to day activities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and initial candidate screening.
• Support employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Contribute to HR policy updates and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization
• Support the Coordination and facilitation employee training and development programs.
• Managing employee relations, addressing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Requirement:
- BSC/BA/HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, finance and other related management courses
- 1- 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration duties
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to inspire a team effectively.
