Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, optimizing hotel profitability, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and manage all department heads to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, revenue, and cost control to meet targets.
- Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and staff training programs.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and present reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff performance.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
