We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel Barman
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Suggest and craft specialty cocktails or recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of beverages.
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly, professional conversations.
- Take and serve drink orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or hotel room charges.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Balance cash registers and ensure proper billing at the end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
- Monitor and restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Assist in organizing bar events, promotions, and special theme nights.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to provide seamless service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 4 years work experience.
