Job Summary
- We seek a friendly, organized, and attentive Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Greet guests warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
- Seating*: Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring optimal table utilization.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide menu information, and offer assistance.
- Communication: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Special Requests: Accommodate special requests, such as birthday celebrations or special occasions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2-3 years work experience.
- Previous Experience: 1+ year of hosting or customer service experience.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
