Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- The HSE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring a safe working environment by developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- The role involves compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, programs, and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor employees on HSE practices, procedures, and regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all HSE incidents are reported and properly documented.
- Maintain records of safety-related incidents and actions.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Monitor and assess the safety performance of contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, HSE Level 1-3).
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
