Job Title: Head of Warehouse
Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Warehouse to oversee and manage all warehouse operations in our Iyana-Ipaja facility.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of hospitality and FMCG products, ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
- Implement operational policies and procedures for improved productivity.
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and generate periodic performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless supply chain flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 – 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the hospitality or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proximity to Iyana-Ipaja or willingness to relocate is preferred.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
