Job Summary
- As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading the sales team, and expanding our client base.
- This role requires a strong background in B2B technology sales, especially in IT infrastructure, with proven experience in driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and key enterprise accounts in sectors such as finance, telecom, manufacturing, government, and healthcare.
- Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and recommendations for product or service improvements.
- Drive key partnerships and alliances to expand solution offerings and customer reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and data centers.
