Job Title: Head of Sales
Locations: Kano, Lagos, Nassarawa, Niger, Ogun, Oyo and Taraba
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ability to negotiate contracts with dealers or clients.
- Lead sales team for electric motorbikes in the designated state
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and dealers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage sales team performance and provide coaching.
- Develop and manage relationships with local dealerships and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve performance.
- Manage sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Identify and train sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing Business.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in automotive or similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local market regulations and incentives for electric vehicles.
- Strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the electric vehicle sector.
