Job Title: Head of Project

Job Summary
- Our client requires a Head of Projects who will oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of campaign activations across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement experiential marketing campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including creative, production, and logistics teams.
- Create and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery of activation elements.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Establish campaign metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Oversee the execution of experiential marketing events, including logistics, production, and talent management.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful campaign activation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis and campaign measurement tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Certification in marketing or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
