Job Summary
- The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
- This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources in the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within an HR department.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
