Job Title: Head of Credit

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead credit and marketing functions
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
  • Oversee credit operations and risk management
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead and mentor credit and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, marketing, or business development
  • Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills
  • Excellent marketing and business development acumen
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
