Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Admin
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Head, Human Resources and Admin. will direct HR and Administrative efforts with strategic direction and implementation of processes and policies to enhance business performance in a FMCG company.
Basic Requirements
- Degree in Humanities or a related field
- Masters in a related discipline is an added advantage
- HR professional certification
- Knowledge of IT systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, project management, administrative functions
- Minimum 7 years experience in HR & Admin. with 2-3 years in lead position within a structured environment
