Description
- Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead its Financial Education Centre.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the training arm of the business through innovative content creation, training program delivery, and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a training calendar tailored to client and market needs
- Design and manage customized training programs and risk consulting solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Create compelling training content and oversee marketing campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Manage CRC’s financial education web presence and coordinate training logistics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a University Degree from a reputable institution
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement, training development, and market creation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in proposal development, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- MBA or a postgraduate degree in management is an added advantage
Salary
N10,000,000 gross annually (dependent on experience, skills, and expertise).
