Requirements
- 3-5 years proven experience in managerial role in credit or operation unit in a financial service institution
- Strong knowledge and leadership capabilities to lead and implement credit operations and systems
- Familiarity with credit operations practices, roles, systems and banking operations
- Masters degree or professional certifications with focus on credit, banking and finance operations.
