Job Title: Head, Corporate Services
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Grade: Senior Manager
Report to: Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: HR, Admin & Corporate Communication
Job Summary
- Provide leadership and set direction for the Corporate Services Group to ensure they assist the organisation in meeting its set objectives and goals
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the company’s fleet, the logistics and protocol arrangement required in the scheduling and movement of staff.
- Oversee the company’s procurement activities by putting in place appropriate structures and policies as well as adequately accounting for and managing all physical assets, fixed and inventory assets.
- Oversee the company’s facility management activities.
- Ensure the group operates within its budgetary limits.
- Manage the company’s Brand Identity and Objectives and ensure consistent alignment with the Corporate Strategy
- Supervise the quality control on all marketing and branding activities
- Research into public opinions, attitudes and expectations and advice management on necessary action.
- Oversee the company’s public relations initiatives, including press releases, advertising, marketing materials and publications
- Develop an integrated strategy to achieve deeper market penetration in current markets and expand into new markets
- Work with the HR Team on HR Strategic Planning
- Supervises Compensation Schemes & Benefits Management
- Supervises Employee Relations Management
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a First Degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role
- A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- A professional qualification is an added advantage
- A good experience in those departments that the current role supervises
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Public Safety and Security.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract law
- Knowledge of process and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of managing physical assets.
- Knowledge of Media Management
- Public Relations Management
- Knowledge of Market Penetration Strategy
- Knowledge of Nigerian Industrial/Labour Laws
- Organizational or Industrial Psychology
